World Alzheimer’s Day is observed on September 21st every year. On this day and every day, Alzheimer’s Associations and organizations around the world concentrate on raising awareness and focus on Alzheimer’s and dementia.

We must commit ourselves to bring change. The Alzheimer’s Association is leading the fight against Alzheimer’s, but they need our help. Here are some ways you can help us reach our goal:
